I recently wrote a post about squash tactics where I explain the difference between traditional squash and chaotic squash. Why do good players struggle against randomness and wild shots? I will explain how chaos can be effective and how you can go ahead and try and implement it into your game. How often can you play intentionally wild shots or unusual combinations and how do you know when your opponent is vulnerable to a sneaky shot? I will discuss all of these things and more so make sure you bookmark SeriousSquash.com for my next blog post! Coming soon!

I recently started doing some video blogs. Here is #2 and my latest where I discuss the speed-accuracy trade-off. Is it better to be accurate or hit with more power? We aren't as accurate when we hit the ball hard, but we can also apply more pressure by hitting the ball hard. Learn when to hit with pace and when you should slow it down a bit. Also, I discuss how your body type and athletic ability influences the pace you play at. Find it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kRkE9HccldU
